Support

Help for the launch market terminal.

Report account issues, questionable price data, source-trust problems, privacy questions, and missing market coverage without sending messages into a black hole.

01
General support

Use the form on this page for account/auth, privacy, broken routes, source-trust concerns, or product issues that need operator follow-up.

02
Request market

Missing species or cultivar coverage belongs in the request-market flow so operators can prioritize tracking and source work. Open Explore

03
Submit price check

Price observations belong on market pages or scanner-facing price-check flows. Pending observations stay out of fair ranges until accepted.

Support intake

Report an issue

Send account, privacy, source-trust, or product issues into the launch admin queue.

Used only so an operator can follow up manually during launch.

Account and auth

Use the support form for signup, login, password recovery, confirmation email, or private-board access issues. Include the route you were on and the account email you used.

Price data

Fair ranges are reviewed market signals, not guaranteed appraisals. If a range looks stale, missing, or too broad, report the market and what comp or source made it look wrong.

Source trust

Seller pages, marketplace listings, and submitted observations may be reviewed before they affect public ranges. Flag suspicious, stale, backorder, mislabeled, or non-comparable sources.

Request a market

Use the request-market form when a species, cultivar, or collector name should be tracked next. Those requests land in the operator source queue, separate from account support.

Price checks

Price checks are saved as pending observations. They do not change public fair ranges until an operator accepts them, so one bad submission cannot move a market.

Privacy and contact

Collection, grails, followed markets, and account settings are private account data by default. During launch, support is reviewed manually from the admin intake queue; a dedicated inbox is not configured yet.
